Biography - joe buddenJoseph Anthony Budden II was born on August 31, 1980 in Jersey City, New Jersey. Uninterested in school, Budden started abusing drugs at a young age. At age 17, he went into rehab after having a confrontation with his mother. Then, Budden started rapping. He started in his high school but then took his skills to the street. Joe claimed he never lost a rap battle as a teen. In 2003, he released his self-titled debut album, "Joe Budden". It spawned the top 40 hit "Pump It Up". His 2nd album "Padded Room", released six years later in 2009. His third album "No Love Lost" will be released on February 5, 2013. Budden has also released 2 digital download only albums "Halfway House" in 2008, and "Escape Route" in 2009. Budden is also part of the supergroup Slaughterhouse, along with Royce da 5'9", Joell Ortiz, and Crooked I. They released the album "Slaughterhouse" in 2009, and "Welcome to: Our House" was released August 2012, and sold 52,000 copies in its first week.

Joe Budden has stated himself that "No Love Lost" will include many more guests than his previous albums. So far, Lil Wayne, Tank, Wiz Khalifa, & French Montana have been confirmed as guests on the album from songs. Budden (in various interviews) has stated that other guests on the album will include Twista, Fabolous, Juicy J, Lloyd Banks, Omarion, Kirko Bangz, Royce da 5'9" & more. SINGLES Right now, the only single released from the album so far is "She Don't Put It Down Like You". The song features a verse from rapper Lil Wayne and the chorus is sung by R&B singer Tank. It was released on October 10, 2012. As revealed by Joe Budden, the next single to be released is "N.B.A. (Never Broke Again)". It will feature rappers Wiz Khalifa & French Montana. |
